itube Destin - is a video portal featuring vacation rentals, attractions, real estate and much more. This site along with other itube sites are produced by Studio 1 MediaWorks of Panama City Beach, Florida. Studio 1 MediaWorks is a web development and video production studio. Studio 1 produces real estate television shows in Panama City, Florida and Dothan, Alabama that air on the FOX Network affiliates in those markets. The first itube websites will appear in Panama City Beach, Destin and Daytona Beach, Florida. We will continue to build community websites throughout Florida in 2010 along with itube Vacation Rentals - a website that covers the state of Florida for release by January 1, 2010.

At start-up we have imported hundreds of videos from YouTube but hope to see them replaced over time by video creators with channels at our websites. We have or will contact each of those whose content has been gathered via video sharing and ask them to start their own channel here.

This website is designed for locals and visitors to upload and share videos although we mainly want content of local interest. If your videos don't fall in the local interest category put them under "Locals." Only local producers may do this.

We will change categories and keywords to any and all videos that we feel don't belong in that search results. For example, using keywords like "deep sea fishing" for a motel, restaurant or any content not produced as deep sea fishing will be changed. At YouTube a search for "vacation rentals" will bring up everything from bikini contests and deep sea fishing to properties in other cities. We won't have that here. We want the site accurate for all searches to make the experience better for those visiting. The whole idea behind itubeDestin is to keep things organized by categories for one general area.

Important Note: Vacation rentals that are Spring Break friendly could be keyworded Spring Break to let breakers know you'll accommodate them.

We will remove content that is offensive. If you find videos on the site that you find offensive please flag them (you'll see this option under the video player for each video). We will check all flagged videos and remove them if we feel it needs to be removed right away or may continue to allow it for up to 5 flags. At 5 flags it will be removed for sure. We will keep close tabs on all content uploaded to the site.

We currently have two sites being built for Panama City Beach but are holding the second site back for now due to web browser compatibility issues. Once we have those worked out and the site finished we'll go public with it.

We have two more sites under construction for release by December 1 - itubeDaytona and a Florida Vacation Properties website (itubeVacationRentals). By January additional mid-size Florida destinations should be completed as well.

Create-A-Video
Our primary purpose in building these sites is to develop online production sales by creating videos for vacation property owners and real estate agents. We have a great online system developed for this and will start to use it by early October.
